Boi Bichitra Return Policy


We here at Boi Bichitra aim to provide the best possible services to our valued customers. However, at times the circumstances may not be on our side and mistakes can be made along the supply chain. Therefore, we have kept the option of return policy open in case of such events.

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request on the website or at our official Facebook page within 7 days of the delivery date. We will bear the return and all the extra cost for such circumstances mentioned above.

Once we have received a valid return request which is in accordance with our policy, our logistics partner will collect the aforementioned product and return it to our office where we will examine and check if you are eligible for return. After the return has been established, the customer will receive a new product replacement of the same item or the product the customer originally intended to receive. In case the product is discontinued or no longer available at our stock and therefore we are not able to replace the product, the customer will be eligible for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns

The books must be unused, unmarked and in its original condition.
We will make considerations for instances where the customer may not immediately realize that he/she has received a flawed, defective or damaged product. For example, printing mistakes or missing pages in a book.

In case of the products such as electronics (calculators), toys and fine writing instruments; the product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Boi Bichitra packaging, it must be returned unused in the same condition with the original tags, user manual, warranty cards etc. that came with the product. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box

Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Boi Bichitra Refund Policy

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on mobile banking by bKash or Nagad. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

Once we have received your product and it has undergone a quality control to make sure your claim is valid and is in accordance with our policy, the time required to complete a refund may take up to one week.
