Carnegie says, ‘About 15 per cent of one’s financial success is due to one’s technical knowledge and about 85 per cent is due to skill in human engineering – the personality and the ability to lead people.’

Although, Carnegie wrote this book years ago, he did leave a set of principles that are as relevant today as they were then.
